Estímulo à adesão terapêutica anti hipertensiva em Unidade de Estrategia Saúde da Família do municipio de Santa Fé de Minas

Abstract

Since the nineteenth century it was reported that persistently high levels arterial depression has a close relationship with increased cardiovascular risk. As a result came the need for intervention, treatment and longitudinal follow-up of patients with hypertension. It is known that the therapeutic approach, health education and early detection are the pillars so that one can achieve strict and effective control in reducing morbidity and mortality rates for hypertension. After situational diagnosis in the catchment area was identified a negative contrast between the number of registered patients with systemic arterial hypertension and the number of patients in effective control in the Basic Health Unit, generating above notification with a sub longitudinal follow-up. Therefore , this paper aims to draw up an action plan in order to establish local prevention and control of hypertension by the staff of the Family Health Strategy , the Basic Health Unit More Health , the city of Santa Fe mines - Minas Gerais. Literature search was performed in databases indexed in PubMed , in the Library Virtual Health (BVS ) , based on the Scientific Electronic Library Online ( SciELO ) and have also been raised in other materials classical literature textbooks for theoretical basis of this study and action plan proposed here . The main expected result is the implementation of the measures proposed in the plan as well as improvements in local health indicators and the local care network
