Abstract

For decades, the teenage pregnancy has been studied to be considered a serious social problem, and that has attracted various levels such as health education and society to create actions involving these young people. Note that the occurrence of early pregnancy among adolescents from the community Pond, Stone has a high incidence in the last quarter of the year 2013 up to March 2014, the total number of pregnant women in our area of coverage was 39. Among these 21 in the age group between 10 and 19 years. this work was carried out in the last quarter of the year 2013 up to March 2014 with adolescents between 10 and 19 years old enrolled in Family Health Unit IV. Municipality of Sugar Loaf, Alagoas. Were used as instruments of data records, and the results of the research done by professionals in home visits and by community health workers. It is proposed that strategies of educational actions to reduce the prevalence of teenage pregnancy in the ESF IV. with the work we observed positive results even with the immersion of adolescents with the school and the families. It can be said, then, that in actions with adolescents, health professionals need to pay attention to the construction of emancipative practices with interinstitutional articulation.
