| Title: | Análise da eficácia da denervação simpática renal notratamento da hipertensão resistente |

| Abstract: | A hipertensão arterial sistêmica é definida por níveis elevados e sustentados da pressão arterial, tendo como valor limite 140/90mmHg de valor pressórico. Comprometendo o sistema funcional a curto e longo prazo, afetando órgãos como o coração, rins, encéfalo e vasos sanguíneos, tendo por decorrência o acidente vascular encefálico, patologias cardiovasculares, insuficiência renal entre outros. Uma nova opção de tratamento está sendo utilizada em alguns casos, principalmente na hipertensão esistente- Denervação simpática renal-, utilizando o cateter de ablação por radiofrequência na artéria renal. O objetivo desta revisão integrativa foi avaliar os estudos que tenha-se utilizado a denervação no tratamento da hipertensão resistente, e o trabalho do profissional enfermeiro envolvido no procedimento. Na busca realizada nas bases de dados foram selecionados cinco estudos. Foi evidenciado que maiores estudos são necessários para embasar a realização do procedimentos, a maioria dos estudos publicados são discrepantes e controversos sem suas conclusões |
| Abstract: | Systemic arterial hypertension is defined by high and sustained levels of blood pressure, with a limit value of 140 / 90mmHg of blood pressure. Committing the functional system in the short and long term, affecting organs such as the heart, kidneys, brain and blood vessels, resulting in stroke, cardiovascular diseases, renal failure among others. A new treatment option is being used in some cases, especially in resistanthypertension- Renal sympathetic denervation-, using the radiofrequency ablation catheter in the renal artery. The objective of this integrative review was to evaluate the studies that have used denervation in the treatment of resistant hypertension, and the work of the nurse practitioner involved in the procedure. In the search carried out in the databases, five studies were selected. It was evidenced that more studies are necessary to support the performance of the procedures, most published studies are discrepant and controversial without their conclusions |
