| Abstract: | O Transplante de fígado vem apresentado resultados animadores ao longo dos anos, é uma modalidade das mais complexas do arsenal cirúrgico, que associado as condições clinicas do receptor, requer por parte da equipe multidisciplinar empenho, dedicação e conhecimentos específicos. Atento a esta necessidade o presente estudo teve como objetivo, identificar as ações do enfermeiro durante o ato anestésico cirúrgico do transplante de fígado através de uma revisão integrativa da literatura. Concluiu-se que o enfermeiro desenvolve ações planejadas de fundamental importância, que objetivam garantir a segurança, integridade e bem estar do receptor, promove a integração da equipe multidisciplinar, gerencia todo o processo anestésico cirúrgico, executa ações específicas de enfermagem e auxilia os demais profissionais em suas ações, contribuindo assim para o sucesso dos resultados almejados |
| Abstract: | The Liver transplantation has shown promising results over the years, is a kind of more complex surgical armamentarium that the clinical conditions associated receptor, requires on the part of the multidisciplinary team commitment, dedication and expertise. Aware of this need the present study aimed to identify the actions of the nurse anesthesia during surgical liver transplant through an integrative literature review. It was concluded that the nurse develops fundamental importance of planned actions, which aim to ensure the security, integrity and welfare of the receptor, promotes the integration of multidisciplinary team manages the entire process surgical anesthetic, performs specific nursing actions and assists other professionals in their actions, thus contributing to the success of the desired results |
