Abstract: | Two experiments were carried out to evaluate the effects different levels of emulsifier (lysophosphatidylcholine) added to broiler chicken feed. In the two trials the treatments were described as follows: CONT, control without lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC); CN, negative control with 50 and 70 Kcal reduction on the energy levels in the initial and growing phases, respectively, with no LPC; CN + 250, negative control diets with 250g/ton of LPC; CN + 500, negative control diets with 500g/ton of LPC and CN + 750, negative control diets with 750g per ton of LPC. For metabolizable analysis, 450 broilers chickens were arranged in a completely randomized design of six replicates of 12 birds per treatment. A quadratic effect was observed for metabolizable coefficient of ether extract CMEE in the initial and growing phase in response of the emulsifier inclusion (p0,01). For the performance evaluation, 1500 broiler chickens were distributed in a completely randomized design of ten replicates of 30 birds per treatment. The use of emulsifier did not influence birds performance. The treatment CN presented the lowest cost of feed per kilogram of chicken produced. The feed levels of emulsifier increased the CMEE without influence the chickens development. |
