| Resumen: | Essa pesquisa se propõe a analisar os costumes matrimoniais de algumas famílias, que se estabeleceram entre meados do século XVIII, no entorno da serra de Camapuã, na comarca do Rio das Mortes e as relações culturais, sociais, econômicas e políticas que se desenvolveram entre esses clãs familiares, a partir das práticas de endogamia por eles estabelecidas. A investigação sobre a prática da endogamia e as motivações e as consequências que levaram a esses casamentos numa mesma família visa contribuir para as pesquisas sobre o processo de organização social e familiar, povoamento e fixação populacional nas Minas Gerais entre 1750 e 1890. Ao se investigar as motivações que levaram esses clãs familiares a empreenderem esses casamentos endogâmicos, procura-se compreender as dinâmicas internas e as escolhas matrimoniais dessas famílias e, com isso, desnudar a relação entre esses matrimônios endogâmicos e a transição dos bens ao longo das diversas gerações |
| Abstract: | This research proposes to analyze the matrimonial customs of some families, who settled in the middle of the eighteenth century, in the surroundings of the mountain of Camapuã, in the region of Rio das Mortes, and the cultural, social, economic and political relations that developed between them Clans, based on inbreeding practices established by them. Research on the practice of inbreeding and the motivations and consequences that led to these marriages in the same family aims to contribute to the research on the process of social and family organization, settlement and population fixation in Minas Gerais between 1750 and 1890. When investigating The motivations that led these family clans to engage in these inbreeding marriages seek to understand the internal dynamics and matrimonial choices of these families and thereby disclose the relationship between these inbreeding marriages and the transition of goods across generations |
