Projeto de intervenção: prevenção da hipertensão arterial sistêmica em pacientes com fatores de risco na Equipe Saúde da Família, Marliéria, Minas Gerais.

Abstract

According to Mendes, Silva and Ferreira (2018) hypertension (HAS) are being considered by several authors as an aggravating factor the health of people, showing alarming prevalence nationally and internationally, in addition to being responsible for indexes high levels of morbidity and mortality. On Basic Health Unit of Marliéria the number of patients suffering with the HAS is significant, which demand a considerable percentage of procedures performed by the team. The project aims at the prevention of HAS in individuals with factorsof risk associated with the disease in the community served by the team Marliéria. The literature review was conducted via an online survey with access to the information centre of the Virtual Health Library and Google Scholar. The documents of the Municipal Health Secretariat of Marliéria also used for thisstudy. It is intended to attack the modifiable causes of disease, soon bet in actions directed to inappropriate eating habits change, reducing the number of consumers of alcohol and nicotine, the reduction of physical inactivity, besidesincreasingthelevelofknowledgeaboutthe HAS.
