| Abstract: | O trabalho apresenta um projeto de intervenção realizado na comunidade de Nossa Senhora Aparecida no município de Passosno ano de 2017.Foi selecionado o problema da hipertensão arterial por informações estatísticas e em reunião com a equipe de saúde, quando foi observada que a população adstrita não adere ao uso de tratamento regular, assim como a forma de prevenir a hipertensão, possuindo escasso conhecimento a respeito do tema e, por vezes, resiste às orientações fornecidas.Oprincipal objetivo deste trabalho é elaborar uma estratégia de intervenção educativa com vista a aumentar a adesão ao tratamento de hipertensão no ESF Nossa Senhora Aparecida, do Município Passos/Minas Gerais, desenvolvendo se ações informativas sobre as principais formas de promoção e de prevenção desta doença com jovens, adultos,comunidade, pais e educadores, visando à conscientização da comunidade a respeito da sua saúde e controle da hipertensão arterial. Para alcançar o fim proposto decidiu-se fazer um estudo de estimativa rápida, revisão de literatura e principalmente a proposta de intervenção,levandoinformações à população acerca dos principais riscos de início da hipertensão; promover orientação referente às medidas de prevenção da doença; e envolver aos profissionais da saúde e os trabalhadores de educação no acompanhamento destas doenças. Desenvolveu-se uma estratégia de promoção que envolve o setor saúde e educação, com a participação ativa de crianças e familiares. As atividades executadas foram várias: em forma de palestras, vídeos, rodas da conversa, dinâmicas de grupos, dramatizados, jogos, e outras. Com elas buscamos informar toda a população na prevenção da hipertensão arterial, pois os participantes das atividades viraram promotores ativos nos seus lugares de moradia, nas ruas, nas outras escolas, e até em lugares públicos onde relatam e transmitem os conhecimentos adquiridos com o projeto. |
| Abstract: | The study presents an intervention project carried out in the community of NossaSenhoraAparecida in the municipality of Passos in the year 2017, the problem of arterial hypertension was selected by the statistical information and in a meeting with the health team, it was observed that the affiliated population does not adhere to the regular treatment, as well as how to prevent hypertension, has little knowledge about the subject and sometimes resists the guidelines provided. The main objective of this work is to develop an educational intervention strategy to increase adherence to treatment of hypertension in the "NossaSenhoraAparecida" ESF, of the Municipality of Passos, Minas Gerais, developing informative actions on the main forms of promotion and prevention of this disease with youth, adults, community, parents and educators, aiming to raise community awareness respect for their health and control of hypertension. To reach the proposed goal, it was decided to make a rapid estimation study, literature review and mainly the intervention proposal providing information to the population about the main risks of onset of hypertension; promote guidance on disease prevention measures; and involve health professionals and education workers in the monitoring of these diseases. A promotion strategy has been developed that involves the health and education sector, with the active participation of children and families. The activities carried out were several: in the form of lectures, videos, talk wheels, group dynamics, dramatizations, role plays, and others. With them, we managed to inform and involve the entire population in the prevention of hypertension, since the participants of the activities became active promoters in their places of residence, in the streets, in the other schools, and even in public places where they report and transmit the knowledge acquired with the project. |
