Plano de intervenção para melhora da adesão ao tratamento da hipertensão arterial sistêmica dos pacientes adscritos a equipe 4 da Unidade Básica de Saúde São Judas Tadeu do município de Contagem - Minas Gerais

Abstract

Contagem is located in the Metropolitan Region of Belo Horizonte and has a population of 637,961 inhabitants. After the situational diagnosis, the high number of hypertensive patients in the area of Team 4 of the São Judas Tadeu Basic Health Unit was chosen as a priority problem. Systemic arterial hypertension is a chronic disease whose control is essential for the prevention of cardiovascular and cerebral complications, among others. The treatment of systemic arterial hypertension is based on non-pharmacological and pharmacological measures. This study aims to develop an intervention project to improve adherence to the treatment of systemic arterial hypertension in the team's area of comprehension. For the accomplishment of the present work, the Situational Strategic Planning (PES) will be used, being executed in three stages: situational diagnosis, literature review and preparation of the intervention plan. After the situational diagnosis, a review of the literature on the proposed theme will be carried out using online databases on the Virtual Health Library (VHL) portal, the Literatura latino-americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), the Scientific Electronic Library Online virtual library ( SciELO), and in the platform virtual library of the AGORA program of the Núcleo de Educação em Saúde Coletiva (NESCON). It is expected that, at the end of the study, the health team will be aware of the patients' difficulties in adhering to antihypertensive treatment in order to try to correct them along with the patient, as well as improving the teamwork that will qualify the service provided.
