| Abstract: | Esse trabalho visou compreender como a medida socioeducativa privativa de liberdade repercute na saúde mental do adolescente, seguida por uma reflexão sobre a atuação do psicólogo nesse contexto. Para isso, utilizou-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica que investigou sobre o conceito de adolescência, as legislações voltadas à criança e ao adolescente, o Sistema Nacional de Atendimento Socioeducativo, o conceito de saúde mental e produções acadêmicas sobre o tema que fossem pertinentes para a discussão proposta. |
| Abstract: | This study aimed to understand how the socio-educational measure involving deprivation of liberty affects the mental health of the adolescent, followed by a reflection on the psychologist's performance in this context. To do so, a bibliographical research was carried out that investigated the concept of adolescence, legislation aimed at children and adolescents, the National Socio- Educational Service System, the concept of mental health and academic productions about the theme that were pertinent to the discussion. |
