Abstract

Introduction: According to the WHO, abortion is defined as an interruption of pregnancy with a fetus weighing less than 500 grams, or with a gestational age of less than 20 weeks ... The present study is carried out at the University Hospital Professor Alberto Antunes of UFAL, and inserted in it a professor of Maternity Mariano Teixeira. The objectives were: General: To implement a nursing action strategy for women in abortion situation. Specific: a) Contribute to actions of humanized care to women in situations of abortion. b) Articulate with psychology and social assistance service and other companies of human actions to the woman in situation of abortion, there is no intention to implement a sequenced flow routine. Methodology: This is an intervention project with actions carried out at HU UFAL with the participation of those involved in the care process for women in situations of abortion, especially nursing, psychology and social assistance in order to improve humanized care for women. of abortion, it is not advisable, to guide and inform, using conversation wheels. Results: After 2 meetings with a nursing team, with 10 nursing technicians with no ALCON service, it was observed that the nursing techniques testimonials also demonstrate the approach, misconduct and disconnection related to women in situations of abortion. It is concluded, therefore, that there is a need to make the point of view of the listening and guidance offered can be included without a script of conversation issues such as motherhood and the desire to be or not to be a mother, a sexuality and the relationship with the partnership in the perspective of prevention The repetition of the abortion, it is important a subjective elaboration of the experience, with a verbalization of the feelings, an understanding of the meanings of the abortion, without life context of each woman and the care that led to the appearance of a pregnancy.
