| Abstract: | Este trabalho trata de Luciano de Samósata, escritor sírio do século II d.C e, especificamente, de uma de suas obras menos conhecidas: o prelúdio 'Heracles'. Nos primeiros capítulos foi dada maior atenção ao escritor e a sua modalidade de escrita, às correntes filosóficas e literárias a que se vinculou e o momento histórico vivido por Luciano. O estudo da obra está centrado na alteração que um herói grego, a saber, Héracles, sofrerá ao ser mudado em outra divindade a partir da confluência de mais dois deuses, quais sejam: Hermes e Ôgmio. Mais adiante é feito um estudo do gênero do texto estudado e é apresentada a tradução feita seguindo a edição de Jacques Bompaire, publicada pela 'Belles Lettres' em 1993. Finalmente foram evidenciadas as características de cada um dos deuses que participaram da formação do Héracles-Ógmio descrito no prelúdio e as técnicas narrativas usadas por Luciano para mesclar os deuses. |
| Abstract: | This study analyses one of the lesser-known work of Lucian of Samósata, a syrian writer of the second century AD: the prelude Heracles.In the early chapters were given more attention to the writer and his mode of writing, the literary and philosophical currents that he is linked and the historical moment experienced by Luciano. This study is centered on the metamorphosis that the greek hero, namely Heracles, suffer to be changed into another divinity from the confluence of two gods: Hermes and Ogmios. Finally were shown the characteristics of each of the gods who participated in the formation of Heracles-Ogmios (described in the prelude) and the narratives techniques used by Lucian to amalgamate the gods. After this, the genre of the text is studied and is presented the translation of the prolaliá, according the Jacques Bompaires critical edition, published by Les Belle Lettres in 1993. |
