| Abstract: | Neste trabalho estudamos amostras contendo duas super-redes não dopadas de In0,53Ga0,47As/In0,52Al0,48As crescidas em seqüência uma sobre a outra em um mesmo substrato de InP. Fizemos medidas de magnetofotoluminescência com campos magnéticos até 12T para diferentes temperaturas de 4 K a 45 K. Obtivemos a energia de ligação dos éxcitons e as massas reduzidas para esta estrutura e sua variação com a temperatura e com o campo magnético. |
| Abstract: | In this work we study a sample with two undoped In0,53Ga0,47As/In0,52Al0,48As superlattices grown in sequence on top of each other, on the same InP substrate. We performed magnetophotoluminescence measurements with magnetic fields up to 12 T for different temperatures from 4 K to 45 K. We obtain the exciton binding energy and the effective reduced mass for this structure and their variation with the temperature and the magnetic field. |
