| Abstract: | Este estudo se insere no contexto de uma reflexão sobre o crescente envolvimento do trabalho voluntário de profissionais de saúde em eventos públicos de ação social e a possibilidade de estes se constituírem em espaços de aprendizagem significativos para a formação dos profissionais. No final do século XIX e início do século XX, um novo cenário e diferentes atores sociais surgem, com múltiplos interesses na realização de eventos de ações sociais. Esses eventos podem se constituir em possibilidades de re-significar o currículo historicamente hegemônico nas escolas. Nesse sentido, este estudo pretendeu investigar as aprendizagens dos profissionais de saúde nos eventos de ações sociais. É um estudo de abordagem qualitativa. Os sujeitos pesquisados foram egressos da Escola de Enfermagem da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, que haviam participado de eventos de ações sociais de forma voluntária, em espaços desapropriados de estrutura física, material e tecnológica. Como instrumento de coleta de dados foi utilizada a entrevista semi-estruturada individual. Para análise de dados, utilizou-se a análise de conteúdo, de onde se extraíram vinte categorias temáticas, posteriormente sintetizadas em quatro temas principais. O primeiro refere-se aos eventos de ações sociais em saúde, a participação dos profissionais e/ou alunos, as dificuldades encontradas nos eventos, a diversidade de atividades que são oferecidas, os espaços em que os eventos se realizaram e seu planejamento. O segundo refere-se aos interesses que norteiam o trabalho nos eventos de ações sociais. O terceiro refere-se à Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais e sua relação com a participação dos alunos nos eventos, a importância dessa participação e o papel da Universidade nesse contexto. O quarto está relacionado com as aprendizagens adquiridas nos eventos de ações sociais em saúde. Como aprendizagens efetivadas nos eventos, os profissionais indicaram a capacidade de relacionar com o ser humano, incluindo aí a habilidade de orientar, comunicar e abordar o outro; a competência de escuta sensível, de enfrentamento do imprevisível, do lidar com o outro diferente, além dos exercícios de transposição didática, inteligência, imaginação, inventividade, memória. Sintetizando, para os profissionais, a principal aprendizagem obtida relaciona-se com a idéia de que o aprender vai além do saber, envolvendo questões ligadas à interação com o outro. O estudo contribui especificamente para aproveitar e explorar o potencial formador desses diversos espaços não formais de aprendizagem. |
| Abstract: | This study is related to a reflection on the increasing health professionals involvement in social events and the possibility of these places become a real learning ambient for the professionals. In the end of XIX century and the beginning of the XX century, a new perspective seems to rise; different social actors, with a whole of interests take place in social events. These events may be considered as possibilities of a new meaning in the actual curriculum. Considering this, this study intended to investigate health professionals learning in social events.It´s a qualitative study. The subjects are egress students of Nursing school from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, who had volunteered being involved in social events, in places run of physical, material and technological structure. Data collection was based on individual semi structured interviews. Data analysis was based on a qualitative method composed by 20 categories and four main themes. The first is related to the health professionals social events; the professionals and/or students participation; the difficulties, the whole of activity in these events, the places where it happens and its planning. The second is related to the social events works leading interest. The third is related to Federal University of Minas Gerais and its relationship with students participation in these events; the importance of these participation and the University place in these context. The fourth is related to knowledge obtained in health social events. While knowledge obtained in these events, professionals show the capacity of dealing with human being, including the ability of communicating and approaching others; sensitive listening, facing the unpredictable, dealing with different subjects, and exercise didactics transposition, intelligence, imagination, creativity, memory. In synthesis, health professionals learning is related to the idea that learning goes beyond knowledge, including interaction with others. The study especially improves the exploration of the knowledge potential provided by these whole of non formal learning places. |
