| Abstract: | Esta pesquisa analisa obras cinematográficas relevantes que fazem referência à contracultura, na visão do cineasta tcheco Milos Forman: seus três primeiros filmes norteamericanos, que tratam direta ou indiretamente o tema Procura insaciável (Taking off EUA 1971); Um estranho no ninho (One flew over the cuckoos nest EUA 1975) e Hair (EUA / Alemanha 1979). Analisados em seus aspectos cinematográficos e temáticos, ressalta-se sua importância como realizações audiovisuais que levam para o grande público um pouco do que foi a contracultura. Assim, busca-se compreender como esse movimento tão marcante da década de 1960 foi refletido nas telas, tanto no conteúdo, quanto na forma desses filmes, a partir da visão e sensibilidade deste cineasta específico. |
| Abstract: | This study analyzes relevant films that make reference to the concept of counterculture. It does so within the production of the Czech film director Milos Forman. We deal, specifically, with his first three American films, all of them related, directly or indirectly, to this subject matter: Taking off (USA 1971); One flew over the cuckoos nest (USA 1975) and Hair (USA / West Germany 1979). These three films will be analyzed from acinematographic and thematic standpoint, emphasizing their importance as audiovisual productions that gave the general public an idea of what the counterculture was. This way, well try to understand how this landmark decade of the 1960s was reflected in the screens, both in content, as in the form of these films, from the vision and sensibility of this specific filmmaker. |
