| Abstract: | O espaço urbano é caracterizado pelos ambientes natural e construído, por suas dinâmicas (fluxos de veículos e atividades humanas) e pelo efeito que um exerce sobre o outro. O trabalho propõe-se a estudar as correlações entre o microclima urbano (incluindo temperaturas, umidade do ar, velocidade dos ventos) e as características do uso e ocupação do solo. O estudo será feito através de levantamentos bibliográficos e pesquisa de campo apresentado por diferentes autores e metodologias. Utilizando a cidade de Juiz de Fora como estudo de caso. São apresentadas as Leis 6908, 6909 e 6910 de 10 de Maio de 1896 e o Plano Diretor de 2000. Sendo assim investigados os efeitos de tais Leis sobre o uso do solo e suas consequências sobre o conforto térmico, usando como referência a região conhecida popularmente como triângulo central (delimitada pelas ruas Av. Getúlio Vargas, Av. Itamar Franco e Av. Rio Branco) e suas imediações. O trabalho apresenta como resultado diferentes zonas de conforto e desconforto ligados tanto ao calor quanto ao frio. Demonstra a importância da preservação de áreas verdes e seu impacto na relação temperatura e umidade relativa do ar. E busca analisar diferentes aplicações das leis urbanas na ocupação do solo visando à busca de conforto térmico. |
| Abstract: | The urban space is characterized by the natural and built environments, by their dynamics (flows of vehicles and human activities) and by the effect that one exerts on the other. The work proposes to study the correlations between the urban microclimate (including temperatures, air humidity, wind velocity) and the characteristics of land use and occupation. The study will be done through bibliographical surveys and field research presented by different authors and methodologies. Using the city of Juiz de Fora as a case study. Laws 6908, 6909 and 6910 of 10 May 1896 and the 2000 Master Plan are presented. The effects of these Laws on land use and its consequences on thermal comfort, using as reference the region popularly known as the central triangle (delimited by the streets Av. Getúlio Vargas, Av. Itamar Franco and Av. Rio Branco) and its surroundings are investigated. The work results in different zones of comfort and discomfort related to both heat and cold. It demonstrates the importance of preserving green areas and their impact on the relative temperature and relative humidity of the air. And it tries to analyze different applications of the urban laws in the occupation of the soil aiming at the search of thermal comfort. |
