| Abstract: | Este trabalho investigativo tem por objetivo identificar o processo decriação e compartilhamento de conhecimento em aglomerações produtivas locais e a influência do aparato institucional de apoio nesse processo de aprendizagem coletiva e inovação. Para tanto, realizou-se um estudo de caso como estratégia de pesquisa no arranjo produtivo local de móveis de Ubá MG com uma abordagem quali-quantitativa. Os resultados permitiram constatar que a mediação entre MPME eo ambiente competitivo atual é facilitada pela configuração em rede, com a presença de um aparato institucional de apoio, pela dependência das empresas dos espaços de interação (ba). Esta constatação permitiu concluir que as MPME, isoladamente, não conseguem completar a espiral de criação do conhecimento, mas quando organizadas em arranjos produtivos locais, não só completam esse ciclo como o ampliam através das suas interações em ações coletivas de desenvolvimento. |
| Abstract: | The objective of this investigative work is to identify the process of creation and sharing knowledge in a local productive cluster and the influence of the institutional support in this process of collective learning and innovation. A case study was done as research methodology in the local inter-organizational network of furniture industry in Ubá-MG with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results show that the measuring between MPME and the current competitive environment is made easy by the network formate, before an institutional support within the companies and the interaction among them (ba). This evidence shows that the MPME, in isolation, cannot complete the spiral of knowledge creation, but when organized in the interorganizational networks not only complete that cycle but, also expand it by the interactions among collective actions of development. |
