dc.description.abstract	This dissertation will discuss Juan Domingo Peróns labor policy in Argentina since his activities in the Labor and Prevision Secretary, starting in 1943, until the incorporation of the Workers Rights in the countrys Magna Letter in the 1949 Constitutional Reform. Through an effective labor policy associated with a corporative discourse and practice, Perón received the support of the Argentine working class until he was overthrown from power by the Liberator Revolution in 1955. This text will analyze Peróns speeches, the images used by him to validate his power, how the unions were adhering, little by little, to the official policy and the position assumed by the Communist and Socialist Parties.	pt_BR
dc.description.resumo	Essa tese tratará da política trabalhista de Juan Domingo Perón na Argentina desde sua atuação na Secretaria de Trabalho e Provisão a partir de 1943 até a incorporação dos Direitos dos Trabalhadores na Carta Magna do país na Reforma Constitucional de 1949. Através de uma política trabalhista efetiva junto ao discurso e prática corporativistas, Perón recebeu o apoio da classe trabalhadora argentina até ser deposto do poder pela Revolução Libertadora de 1955. Analisar-se-á os discursos de Perón, as imagens utilizadas por ele para referendar seu poder, a forma como os sindicatos foram pouco a pouco aderindo à política oficial e à posição assumida pelos Partidos Comunista e Socialista.	pt_BR
