Suspense: quando um projeto literário transforma o acolhimento

Abstract

Resulting of many struggles and conquest of citizenship, the Unified Health System has emerged to facilitate access and health care for all individuals. As this system is in the process of construction, for the implementation and ratification of its guidelines and its principles become indispensable ideas and actions that provide the necessary transformations. Seeking to enforce the principles of universality, comprehensiveness and equity, the national humanization policy has established itself as a guiding principle of care and health management, providing the basis for all levels of SUS. A literature review and a case study were used to carry out this work. The literature review aims to survey the importance that the host is in the process of humanization of SUS. The publications analyzed account for a period of 15 years, in Portuguese, stemming search the Virtual Health Library (VHL) in their databases: Latin American and Caribbean Center on Health Sciences for Health (LILACS), Literature International Health Sciences (MEDLINE), the virtual library Scientific Electronic library Online (SciELO), but also in the virtual library of the NOW of Nucleus of Education in Public Health (NESCON) program platform, being used as keywords host sus health and Bibliotherapy. Among the guidelines of this policy, the host is the one that can most effectively influence the humanization and good outcomes of care. Therefore, in this work, from a literature review and the implementation of an intervention project, called Project Literary Thriller, we sought a way to improve the reception by the Literary Project SUSPENSE.
