Construindo ações de saúde do trabalhador no Município de Oliveira Minas Gerais

Abstract

In fiscal nurse Technical Reference municipal worker health and Technical Reference Family Health Program in the city of Rosario Oliveira - Minas Gerais aimed to investigate the relationship between the number of companies and number of employees in the municipality, with the goal of analyze information about the productive and economic activities developed in the county, identify potential risks and hazards to workers' health-related activities and that sicken and die workers, such information available in the database organized by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) called the Annual Social information (RAIS), developing a Situational Diagnosis of Occupational Health of the municipality in the formal sector and the informal sector. Analyze existing data with the Technical Reference in Occupational Health and the Technical Reference in Primary, which allowed us to know: who they are, how many there are, what they do and they get sick and die and how workers are assisted with SUS the purpose of improving the care and rehabilitation of injuries, with collective action, promotion, prevention, surveillance environments, processes and work activities, organizing comprehensive health care workers and guiding decision-making in planning actions and notifications of grievances aimed at Occupational Health.
