| Abstract: | O aleitamento materno exclusivo é fundamental nos primeiros seis meses de vida de uma criança. Além de ser uma alimentação completa, estabelece o vínculo entre mãe e filho e influencia diretamente no crescimento e desenvolvimento da criança. A partir da análise situacional da área de atuação da equipe de PSF Boachá no município de Ipaba e listagem dos problemas enfrentados por ela, ficou evidente o grande número de lactantes que não amamentam seus filhos com o leite materno. Assim, este estudo objetivou aumentar o índice de adesão ao aleitamento materno exclusivo no povoado Boachá, no município de Ipaba. Fez-se pesquisa bibliográfica nas bases de dados da LILACS e do PubMed. A literatura apontou sobre o conhecimento da importância do ato de amamentar e, portanto,decidimos traçar um plano de ação para aumentar o índice de aleitamento materno em nosso PSF, conscientizando as mães, gestantes e familiares dos benefícios e importância do aleitamento além de orientar as mesmas sobre a forma correta da amamentação. |
| Abstract: | Exclusive breastfeeding is crucial in the first six months of a child's life. Beyond being a complete alimentation,establishes the bond between mother and child and directly influences in the development and growth of the kid. From the situational analysis of the area of Boachá PSF's staff in the municipality of Ipaba and the list of troubles faced for it, was evident the large number of infants who don't breastfeed their children with breast milk .A search was made based on data from LILACS and PubMed.The literature pointed about the importance of knowledge of the act of breastfeeding and,therefore,decided to develop a plan of action to increase the rate of breastfeeding in our PSF,educating mothers, pregnant women and families of the benefits and importance of breastfeeding in addition to guiding the same about the correct way of breastfeeding. |
