| Abstract: | O papel do enfermeiro na educação em saúde de pessoas portadoras da Hipertensão Arterial é caracterizado por ações promocionais, preventivas e de reabilitação, onde cabe à esse profissional desempenhar sua função, com exatidão, acolhimento e didática, levando em consideração fatores culturais e condicionais do paciente, exercendo o seu papel de educador em qualquer campo de atuação, visando a melhoria na qualidade de vida dos hipertensos. Esta pesquisa objetivou mostrar a importância da atuação do enfermeiro na educação dos pacientes com hipertensão arterial na ESF Saúde e Vida para diminuir o número dos hipertensos e propiciar mais qualidade de vida, incentivando os pacientes ao auto cuidado e mudanças no estilo de vida. Para alcançar o objetivo foi realizado um levantamento de dados com o intuito de analisar as publicações acerca da educação como ferramenta de controle da hipertensão dando ênfase ao papel do enfermeiro na educação do hipertenso, através de uma revisão de literatura realizada nas bases de dados BVS (Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde) nos artigos do MEDLINE, LILACS e SciELO; e Manuais do Ministério da Saúde. Conclui-se que o ato educativo, assim como o tratamento medicamentoso, é uma ferramenta indispensável no tratamento de pacientes hipertensos, daí a importância de um plano de ação bem definido, proposto com o objetivo facilitar as intervenções referentes à temática favorecendo a implementação de ações visando melhores resultados. |
| Abstract: | The role of nurses in health education for people suffering from Hypertension is characterized by promotional , preventive and rehabilitative actions where it is for these professionals to perform their duties with accuracy, care and teaching , taking into account cultural and conditional factors of the patient exercising their role as an educator in any field of endeavor , aimed at improving the quality of life of hypertensive patients . This study aimed to show the importance of the work of nurses in educating patients with hypertension in the FHS Lifestyle to decrease the number of hypertensive patients and provide better quality of life , encouraging patients to self care and changes in lifestyle . To achieve the goal of a survey data in order to analyze publications about education as a tool for controlling hypertension emphasizing the nurse's role in the education of hypertension was conducted through a literature review conducted in databases VHL ( Virtual health Library ) articles in the MEDLINE , LILACS and SciELO , and Manuals from the Ministry of health. It is concluded that the educational act , as well as drug treatment , is an indispensable tool in the treatment of hypertensive patients , hence the importance of a well-defined action plan , proposed with the aim to facilitate interventions related to thematic favoring the implementation of actions to obtain better results. |
