Proposta de ação comunicativa para esclarecimentos sobre o trabalho de uma Equipe de Saúde da Família de Governador Valadares/MG

Abstract

This work is a proposal for the intervention team Family Health Spring Garden city of Governador Valadares - Minas Gerais , on the proposal of action for clarification on the work of the healthcare team . The awareness of the population about the goals and the Family Health Strategy (FHS ) proposals became necessary because it is a community that , while it makes use of the health unit with great frequency , is still used to the model of care based on spontaneous demand . For not being familiar with the goals that guide the ESF - disease prevention and health promotion - sometimes feel neglected , causing friction with other patients or staff , which affects the work environment and negatively affects the relationship between involved. The methodological approach used was Situational Strategic Planning in Health to build this part of the content experience of the author, their work with a team of family health , and soaking the everyday living of the intervention scenario . It aims to guide the intervention community about the purpose of operation of the Family Health Strategy Health Unit Spring Garden Governador Valadares / MG. The aim is thus to educate users on the importance of promoting health in the community , while giving attention to the acute problems , but with emphasis on the organization of planned actions and interventions of medium / long term.
