| Abstract: | O acolhimento é visto como tecnologia que possibilita a organização do processo de trabalho em saúde e a qualidade da assistência. O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar a importância do acolhimento na Estratégia em Saúde da Família. Foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica narrativa com busca de artigos na base de dados da Bireme, Lilacs e Scielo, no período de 1990 a 2010. Para a busca de artigos foram utilizadas as palavras acolhimento, humanização e Estratégia Saúde da Família. O Acolhimento vem se caracterizando como uma tecnologia leve necessária no serviço de Atenção Primária a Saúde como forma de organizar os serviços em saúde, deixando clara a humanização entre usuário e trabalhadores, dando direcionamento e objetivo ao fluxo de atendimento e assistência, por meio de diretrizes que assegurem a direito legal de uma assistência prestada conforme preconiza o Sistema Único de Saúde. Conclui-se que o acolhimento visa diminuir a distância entre usuários e trabalhadores, criando laços de convivência de maneira a fluir com respeito e com resolubilidade, deixando clara a definição do que é acolhimento. |
| Abstract: | The host is seen as a technology that enables the organization of the health work and quality of care. This study was to identify the importance of the host in the Family Health Strategy. We conducted a narrative review of the literature search of articles in the database of BIREME, SciELO and Lilacs, from 1990 to 2010. To search for articles used words were welcome, humanization and Family Health Strategy. The Home has been characterized as a soft technology needed in the service of Primary Health Care as a way of organizing health services, highlighting the humanization between user and workers, giving direction and purpose to the flow of service and support, through guidance to ensure a legal right to assistance as recommended by the National Health System concluded that the host seeks to bridge the gap between users and workers, creating bonds of harmony so as to flow with respect and with resolution, making clear the definition which is the host. |
