Desafios e dificuldades enfrentados pelos docentes na formação do enfermeiro: uma revisão

| dc.description.abstract | Due to the historical and social context of nursing in Brazil , teaching the same has undergone significant changes , but focusing on the individual training / disease / healing and hospital care . Aiming to renew the curriculum was regulated the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education , leading the National Curriculum Guidelines , looking for completeness , humanity, and critical reflection in nursing education . However , in general , schools have difficulties in the implementation of proposals for changes in the training , curriculum guidelines recommended by the National Nursing . Therefore this study aimed to analyze the challenges and difficulties faced by teachers in nursing education . The methodology was chosen integrative review performed from the following question : " what are the challenges and difficulties faced by teachers in nursing education ," exploring the following electronic databases : Latin American and Caribbean Literature and Information Health Sciences ( LILACS ) , Scientific Electronic Library Online ( SciELO ) , PUBMED and Cochrame Library in English, Spanish and Portuguese languages , using the descriptors " limitations " , " teaching " and " nursing education " , referring to the last ten years . Found only three articles where they pointed curriculum planning , relationship between theory and practice , imposition of critical thinking and exploration of sensitivity and expressions of patients as well as their dignity and equality as the challenges and difficulties faced by teachers in nursing education . Through these results we conclude the relevance of development studies that focus the real challenges and limitations faced by teachers in nursing education , aiming to support the quality of education in nursing , an integrated health seeking individual and humanistic care to the patient. | |

| local.description.resumo | Devido ao contexto histórico e social da enfermagem no Brasil, o ensino da mesma passou por mudanças significativas, porém centrando a formação no indivíduo/doença/cura e na assistência hospitalar. Com intuito de renovar a grade curricular foi regulamentada a Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional, dando origem as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais, buscando pela integralidade, humanidade, reflexão e crítica no ensino da enfermagem. Todavia, de maneira geral, as escolas encontram dificuldades na implementação das propostas para as mudanças na formação dos profissionais, preconizadas pelas diretrizes curriculares nacionais de Enfermagem. Assim sendo este estudo teve como objetivo analisar os desafios e dificuldades enfrentados pelos docentes na formação do enfermeiro. Como metodologia optou-se pela revisão integrativa realizada a partir da seguinte questão norteadora: quais os desafios e dificuldades enfrentados pelos docentes na formação do enfermeiro?, explorando as seguintes bases de dados eletrônicas: Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe de Informações em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Scientific Electronic Library Online(SciELO), PUBMED e Biblioteca Cochrame, nos idiomas inglês, espanhol e português, através dos descritores limitações, docente e educação em enfermagem, referentes aos últimos dez anos. Encontrou-se apenas três artigos onde estes apontaram planejamento curricular, relação entre teoria e prática, instituição do pensamento crítico e exploração da sensibilidade e expressões dos pacientes, bem como sua dignidade e igualdade como os desafios e dificuldades enfrentados pelos docentes na formação do enfermeiro. Mediante estes resultados conclui-se a pertinência do desenvolvimento de estudos que enfoque os reais desafios e limitações enfrentados pelos docentes na formação do enfermeiro, com intuito de subsidiar a qualidade do ensino na enfermagem, visando uma assistência integralizada, individual e humanista ao paciente. | |
