Resumo
A asma brônquica (AB) é a doença crônica mais prevalente na infância, caracterizada por inflamação das vias aéreas, hiper-responsividade brônquica e crises de broncoespasmo com obstrução reversível do fluxo aéreo. Este trabalho teve como objetivo desenvolver um plano de intervenção com medidas preventivas efetuadas pela equipes de saúde da família para o controle das crises asmáticas na população infanto-juvenil atendida na ESF Petrolândia 1, em Contagem/MG, Para isso foi realizada uma revisão da literatura com o termos atenção primaria , asma bronquial e equipe de saúde da família e a metodologia do Planejamento Estratégico Situacional que possibilitou a identificação dos seguintes nós críticos: 1) A falta de informação das famílias de crianças que sofrem de AB sobre à doença: 2) O uso correto/incorreto das medicações propostas:3) A falta de uso de medidas preventivas: e 4) Os hábitos e estilo de vida incorretos. A partir disso foram construídas as estratégias junto as equipes da UBS como do NASF de forma multiprofissional a partir de grupos operativos e oficinas com familiares. Conclui-se que o trabalho da Equipe de Saúde da Família no desenvolvimento de estratégias de Intervenção, Prevenção e controle das crises asmáticas em pacientes buscar a aquisição de hábitos de vida mais saudáveis e o controle ambiental ensinado para melhorar a qualidade de vida.
Abstract
The asthma bronchial (AB) is the disease chronicle more prevalente in the childhood, characterized by inflammation of the aerial roads, hyperresponsiveness bronchial and bronchospasm crises with reversible obstruction of the aerial flow. This work had as objective develops an intervention plan with preventive measures made by the teams of health of the family for the control of the asthmatic crises in the infanto-juvenile population assisted in ESF Petrolândia 1, Contagem / MG, Pará. A revision of the literature with the keywords: primary attencion, bronchial asthma, and the family heath team as the methodology of the Strategic Planning was used situational that made possible the identification of the following ones us critical: 1) the lack of information of the children's families that you/they suffer of AB remains to the disease: 2) the use correct / incorrect of the proposed medications:3) the lack of use of preventive measures: and 4) the habits and incorrect lifestyle. Starting from that the strategies were built join the teams of UBS as of NASF of form various professional starting from operative groups and workshops with family. It is ended that the work of the Team of Health of the Family in the development of strategies of Intervention, Prevention and control of the asthmatic crises in patients to look for the acquisition of healthier life habits and the environmental control taught to improve the life quality.
