| dc.description.abstract | This article presents part of the results of a research that aimed to understand the effects of the antigender offensive on the production of docent subjectivities of an Early Childhood Education school. The theoretical framework is composed by authors such as Judith Butler, Michel Foucault and by concepts of the post-critical curricular studies. The methodology was composed by the discourse analysis based on Foucault and semi-structured interviews. Here we analyze the type of teacher produced in the rainbow curriculum: the colorful docent subjectivity, which is marked by permitting the children’s freedom in their ways of experiencing gender, destabilizing gender norms and fighting gender inequality. This production occurs by the prescription of knowledges: gender is a personal construction and gender is a social and historical construction. | |

| local.description.resumo | Este artigo traz parte dos resultados de uma pesquisa que buscou compreender os efeitos da ofensiva antigênero na produção de subjetividades docentes de uma escola de Educação Infantil. O referencial teórico compõe-se de formulações de Judith Butler, Michel Foucault e do campo pós-crítico de currículo. A metodologia utilizada foi a análise do discurso de inspiração foucaultiana em articulação com entrevistas semiestruturadas. Aqui, discorremos sobre o tipo de docente produzido pelo currículo arco-íris e argumentamos que nele a subjetividade docente colorida é produzida, cujas marcas são: a permissão da liberdade das crianças em seus modos de viver o gênero, a desestabilização das normas de gênero e o combate às desigualdades de gênero. A produção dessa subjetividade se dá por meio da prescrição dos saberes gênero é uma construção pessoal e gênero é uma construção social e histórica. | |
