dc.description.abstractLet Fq seja o corpo finito com q elementos, p = char Fq. O grupo GL2 (Fq) atua naturalmente no conjunto de polinômios irredutíveis acima de Fq de grau pelo menos 2. Neste trabalho estamos interessados na caracterização e número dos polinômios irredutíveis que são fixados pelos elementos de um subgrupo H de GL2 (Fq). Fazemos uma caracterização completa dos polinômios fixos no caso em que H possui apenas elementos da forma, correspondendo a translações e, por consequência, o caso em que H é um p-subgrupo de GL2 (Fq). Este artigo também contém soluções alternativas para os casos em que H é gerado por um elemento da forma H = PGL2 (Fq), obtido por Garefalakis (2010) e, obtido por Stichtenoth e Topuzoglu (2011).

local.description.resumoLet Fq be the finite field with q elements, p = char Fq. The group GL2(Fq) acts naturally in the set of irreducible polynomials over of Fq of degree at least 2. In this paper we are interested in the characterization and number of the irreducible polynomials that are fixed by the elements of a subgroup H of GL2(Fq) . We make a complete characterization of the fixed polynomials in the case when H has only elements of the form , corresponding to translations and, as a consequence, the case when H is a p-subgroup ofGL2(Fq) . This paper also contains alternative solutions for the cases when H is generated by an element of the form H = PGL2(Fq), obtained by Garefalakis (2010) and , obtained by Stichtenoth and Topuzoglu (2011).
