| dc.description.abstract | O objetivo do presente artigo foi avaliar o controle glicêmico de pacientes com diabetes mellitus (DM) após alta de um programa de capacitação farmacoterapêutica. Os resultados sugerem que a estratégia é eficaz para o controle glicêmico em curto prazo, mas os benefícios não se mantêm após a alta, indicando a necessidade da atuação contínua do farmacêutico. | |
