dc.description.abstractIt addresses the regulation of inflammation, its resolution, and therapeutic targets. It highlights that resolution is an active and orchestrated process involving cytokines, lipid mediators, and cellular reprogramming. Failures in this process contribute to chronic diseases and cancer. It proposes therapeutic strategies based on promoting inflammatory resolution and the development of new clinical interventions.
