Resumo
Trata-se de um plano de Intervenção que propõe a reconstrução coletiva do Projeto Político-Pedagógico da Escola Técnica de Saúde do Estado de Sergipe, mediante identificação do seguinte problema na instituição: o desconhecimento, por parte dos profissionais da ETSUSSE, sobre o Projeto Político-Pedagógico, bem como a ausência de participação desses profissionais na elaboração de metas, objetivos, ações e estratégias do referido documento. A metodologia utilizada terá uma abordagem qualitativa, pois esta possibilita que se enfoquemdimensões subjetivas presentes na constituição do sujeito social e nas relações sociais. O processo de reconstrução se dará principalmente nas rodas de discussão, cuja participação de todos os segmentos da escola é imprescindível para retratar as concepções e anseios docoletivo. Serão utilizados também instrumentos de coleta de dados, como o questionário e uma breve pesquisa documental. Pretende sugerir ações que orientem a efetivação da reconstrução do Projeto Político-Pedagógico. Serão realizadas três etapas, cuja primeiraconsiste na elaboração do Marco Referencial, a segunda, no diagnóstico da realidade da escola e a terceira, na definição de estratégias para assegurar a realização das ações definidas pelo coletivo. Os resultados esperados incidem no fortalecimento da instituição e da autonomia dos seus sujeitos.
Abstract
It is a plan of intervention that proposes reconstruction conference of the Political-Pedagogical Technical School of Health of the State of Sergipe, by identifying the following problem at the institution: the ignorance on the part of professionals ETSUS UP on the Political-Pedagogical Project, as well as the lack of participation of these professionals in developing goals, objectives, strategies and actions of that document. The methodology used will have a qualitative approach, because it allows that focus subjective dimensions in the constitution of the social and social relations. The rebuilding process will take place mainly in the discussion groups, whose participation from all segments of the school is essential to present the ideas and aspirations of the collective. Instruments will also be used for data collection, such as a brief questionnaire and documentary research. Intend to suggest actions to guide the execution of the reconstruction of the Political-Pedagogical. Will be three stages,the first is the development of reference point, the second, the diagnosis of the reality of the school and the third, the definition of strategies to ensure the realization of the actions defined by the collective. The expected results concern the strengthening of the institution and theautonomy of its subjects.
