Universidade e escola de educação básica: um recorte com base na formação continuada de gestores escolares

Abstract

This article falls within the current context of expansion and internalization of School of Managers of Basic Education National Program (PNEGEB), in two federal universities in the State of Minas Gerais. The goal is to contribute to the debate about the importance of the commitment of universities as to the continuous training of school managers and possible effective practices in the Basic Education pedagogical work. Starting from the literature research and the data collection, it was revealed that the current challenge as to the partnership between the PNEGEB, the university and schools is to prioritize the theory-practice relationship based on the experiences and reality of managers who have graduated from the course in the search for social quality in terms of basic public education.
