Projeto de intervenção: aprimoramento do atendimento do acolhimento com classificação de risco (ACR) na Maternidade Municipal Dr. Moura Tapajóz em Manaus- AM

Abstract

Reception is shown as a management device that aims to favor the access and integral care of the user in health services and contribute to the organization of the work processes of the units, allowing professionals with welcoming, delicate and affectionate attitudes since the new Pregnant at maternity until her discharge from hospital. The humanization of the host should be broadly inserted in the training of professionals, sensitizing themselves in their philosophy of life, without relationship with their human beings, sharing as responsibilities, as information between server and user. The elaboration of this intervention project made it possible to highlight the need to implement the ACR in the municipal maternity hospital Dr. Moura Tapajóz in Manaus-AM, which consists in classifying pregnant women according to the intervention priority. The ACR method works as an improvement in the quality of emergency and emergency services, which allows and estimates positive changes in health practices, and follows the following steps: identify an initial patient complaint, follow the decision flowchart, and finally , set the waiting time according to a severity. An improvement strategy for ACR begins with the presentation of the project towards the maternity unit, the conduct of the talk wheel per plant and the components of the nursing team. There will be 03 meetings during the period of August, September, 2017. No first meeting all the participants of the group will describe how they performed their nursing care as pregnant; and also to investigate a nursing team's perception of ACR. In the second and third meetings are held based on a humanization of the host, according to useful practices, should be encouraged, established by the Ministry of Health (MS) and rely on the nursing staff.
