Resumo
Tem-se com o presente estudo o objetivo de mensurar o Time in Therapeutic Range (TTR) em
pacientes em uso de varfarina. Trata-se de estudo observacional descritivo desenvolvido no Ambulatório
de Anticoagulação de um hospital de ensino em um período de 4 meses. A mensuração do TTR ocorreu
por meio da utilização do método de Rosendall, a partir de uma série histórica de resultados do exame de
Relação Normatizada Internacional (RNI). Também realizou-se avaliação do grau de satisfação com o
ambulatório por meio da aplicação de questionário estruturado, não validado. A maioria dos pacientes era
do sexo masculino, com indicação de uso de anticoagulante devido à fibrilação atrial, por tempo superior a
um ano. O TTR da amostra estava em torno de 54,62%, apesar de o estudo ter identificado que a satisfação
dos usuários quanto ao serviço oferecido no ambulatório foi majoritariamente positiva (95,7%). O valor do
TTR médio abaixo de 60% sugere a necessidade de implementação de estratégias que promovam o estímulo
à adesão e compreensão do tratamento.
Abstract
Identify the average TTR in a anticoagulation clinic, using warfarin. It is a descriptive observational
study conducted in the Anticoagulation Clinic of the University Hospital over a period of four months. The
measurement of TTR occurred through the use of Rosendall method, from a historical series of results of the
examination ratio normalized International ( RNI ) . Also, measuremented the degree of satisfaction with the
clinic, we opted for the application of a structured questionnaire , not validated.
Most patients were male, with an indication of anticoagulation for more than one year and motivated
by the presence of atrial fibrillation. Although the study has identified that the user satisfaction regarding the
services offered at the clinic was mostly positive (95.7%) , this does not mean that the target therapeutic range
was being achieved . The TTR sample was around 54.62 %. The value of TTR average below 60% suggests the
need to implement strategies that promote more adherence and understanding of the treatment.
