As adaptações de obras infantojuvenis para o programa de rádio encontro com tia Leninha (1979-1999)

Abstract

The article analyses the adaptation of three children’s books to be aired in the program Encontro com Tia Leninha, broadcasted by Rádio Nacional da Amazônia, from 1979 to 1999. The research was based theoretically on assumptions of Cultural History, particularly in the work of Roger Chartier, and in the reflections brought by the field of studies on Children’s Literature, historically marked by pedagogization and moralization. The main sources used in the research were the literary works and their respective scripts. The results of the analysis show that the modifications were made in the text structure itself and in the lexical level, significantly simplifying the literary language and didacticizing it, having in mind a listener audience supposedly characterized by the absence of written culture and by innocence and purity.
