Resumo
O Granuloma Central de Células Gigantes (GCCG) se define como uma lesão intraóssea, agressiva, porém benigna. Contem células estromais fusiformes, circundada, e células ovais mononucleadas semelhantes a histiócitos e abundante numero de células gigantes osteoclásticas uniformemente distribuídas. Lesão é classificada como agressiva e não agressiva, dependendo de seu comportamento clínico, imaginológico e histológico. Após diagnosticado, o GCCG, necessita de intervenção imediata, onde seu comportamento determinará o quanto invasivo será o tratamento de escolha, sendo ele cirúrgico ou terapêutico. O presente trabalho te como objetivo revisar a literatura pertinente ao GCCG e realizar um relato de caso clínico.
Abstract
The Central giant cell granuloma (CGCG) is defined as intra bone tumor, aggressive but benign. Containing stromal spindle cells, surrounded by oval mononuclear cells like histiocytes, and abundant number of equally distributed osteoclastic giant cells of. Lesions classified as aggressive and non-aggressive, depending on their clinical, histological and imaginological features. Once diagnosed, the CGCG, requires immediate intervention, where his behavior will determine how invasive be the treatment of choice, it surgery or medicament therapy. This study will aim to review the literature relevant to the CGCG and resolution of a case report.
