Resumo
O texto reúne abordagens teóricas e aspectos práticos – estes, vividos por um dos autores - sobre o uso das ferramentas e as suas relações com a pessoa que trabalha. Para isso, trata do conceito de trabalho e de processo de trabalho (Marx, 1978; 1985, Santos, 2010), acompanha brevemente as transformações que o modelo neoliberal tem imposto ao trabalhador (Antunes 2018, Viana, 2000), sem perder de vista a presença da subjetividade do trabalhador no processo de trabalho, como resistência e como afirmação de si. (Sennett, 2013). Relata em detalhes uma experiência de campo, passa pelo teletrabalho, fala um pouco do trabalho do juiz, abre possibilidades de ligações dessas reflexões e empirias com linguagem musical, e termina por conectar o novo modelo com a resistência coletiva.
Abstract
This piece delves into the theoretical and the practical - the latter of which being reflective of one of the co-author's personal experience - so as to shed light on the dynamic between tools and the workers who yield them (Marx, 1978; 1985, Santos, 2010). This will be achieved through the exploration of the concept of work itself, briefly following the transformations that the neoliberal model has imposed on the worker (Antunes 2018; 2019; Viana, 2000), without losing sight of the presence of the worker's subjectivity in the work process, as resistance and as self-affirmation before recounting first hand experiences. (Sennett, 2013). This text will, furthermore, take on the issue of telework, the role of the judge, the reverberating mark of music, and, finally, the connection between the new model and collective resistance.
