Resumo
Introdução: A educação permanente em saúde pode ser entendida como uma
prática de ensino-aprendizagem tendo como foco o desenvolvimento do trabalho,
pautado na excelência e qualidade assistencial. Desta forma esta prática deve ser
aplicada, as instituições de saúde buscando formas de envolver toda a equipe
multiprofissional no conhecimento das estratégias adotadas para a disseminação e
fortalecimento da cultura de segurança do paciente. Problema: Neste contexto, a
partir da vivência como supervisora do NSP – Núcleo de Segurança do Paciente,
observou-se a necessidade de realizar uma intervenção focada na educação
permanente junto à equipe multiprofissional. No intuito de fazê-los refletir sobre a
prática e buscar soluções para maior adesão à cultura justa. Objetivo: Este projeto
objetiva contribuir para a adesão da equipe multiprofissional à cultura de segurança
por meio da educação permanente em saúde. Metodologia: A intervenção será
realizada em uma instituição de saúde privada, situada na região metropolitana de
Belo Horizonte. Trata-se de uma ação educacional que acontecerá no período de
janeiro à março de 2020, voltada aos profissionais de saúde ligados diretamente à
assistência. A metodologia lúdica será realizada com simulações realísticas,
discussão de casos, entre outros. Ao término da intervenção, será realizada uma
roda de conversa e uma dinâmica como forma de verificar a eficácia da ação. Para
desenvolvimento do plano de intervenção será realizada uma revisão de literatura,
aprofundando a que foi feita para a elaboração desse projeto, utilizando as bases de
dados da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, selecionando artigos, resoluções e sites
relacionados ao tema. Considerações finais: Partindo do pressuposto de que a
educação permanente em saúde é um fator primordial e estratégia que possibilita
transformar processos de trabalho, espera-se que ocorra o fortalecimento da cultura
da segurança do paciente a partir de profissionais de saúde focados na necessidade
de aprender com os erros, trabalhar em equipe, investindo em educação
permanente.

Introduction: Permanent health education can be understood as a teaching-learning
practice focusing on the development of work, based on excellence and quality of
care. Thus, this practice should be applied to health institutions seeking ways to
involve the entire multidisciplinary team in the knowledge of the strategies adopted
for the dissemination and strengthening of the patient safety culture. Problem: In this
context, from the experience as supervisor of the NSP - Patient Safety Center, it was
observed the need to perform an intervention focused on continuing education with
the multiprofessional team. In order to make them reflect on the practice and seek
solutions for greater adherence to fair culture. Objective: This project aims to
contribute to the adherence of the multiprofessional team to the safety culture
through permanent health education. Methodology: The intervention will be
performed in a private health institution, located in the metropolitan region of Belo
Horizonte. This is an educational action that will take place from January to March
2020, aimed at health professionals directly linked to care. The playful methodology
will be performed with realistic simulations, case discussion, among others. At the
end of the intervention, a conversation wheel and a dynamic will be held as a way to
verify the effectiveness of the action. To develop the intervention plan, a literature
review will be carried out, deepening what was done for the preparation of this
project, using the Virtual Health Library databases, selecting articles, resolutions and
websites related to the theme. Final Considerations: Assuming that continuing health
education is a key factor and strategy that allows transforming work processes, it is
expected that the patient safety culture will be strengthened by health professionals
focused on the need to learn. With mistakes, working as a team, investing in
continuing education.
