Abstract

The participation of the citizen in the actions of the government is basic so that an action occurs accomplishes in the management through the fiscalization, of the monitoramento and in the control of the actions of the public administration. The citizens need to count on places where they can disclose itself how much to the breaking of its rights. The services must assume a place in basic and special the protection social that result in concrete changes in the conditions of life of the people. It is important to create new possibilities of participation and collective intervention of the users in the public units of social protection, as CRAS and CREAS, in the scope of the socioassistenciais services that are become fullfilled there, defining spaces and strategies that fortify the public administration. Thus being, the participation of the users necessary to be increased to involve the multiticiplicidade of spaces in which relations and provisionses of social assistance occur. The region of the Alagoano Wasteland was drafted and soon after the Cities that are part as Arapiraca and Olho Of agua Great having as objective to evaluate the participation of the user of the social assistance in the Alagoanos Cities and had answered to the questionnaire on the Profile of the User of the Politics of Social Assistance contend nine closed questions. Having as theoretical basement the existing Laws on the Social Assistance. With this, we observe the importance of the escolaridade for one better contribution in the Politics of the Social Assistance.
