dc.description.abstractThis article aims to highlight some modern themes of Political Philosophy, extending to the present, based on the thought of Michel Foucault. So, first, it intends to investigate the failure of sovereign theories to deal with the complexity of what is the politic, which is why Foucault presents the question of politic as war, but continued by other means, in order to analyze this subject. From there, it will be examined the way that this war discourse is taken over by certain social groups that will wage an internal war in defense of a nation, in order to supposedly protect society against its internal enemies, but on behalf of minority interests, following, from this, countless biopolitics practices such as the normalization.

local.description.resumoEste artigo tem por objetivo evidenciar alguns temas modernos da Filosofia Política, que se estendem até a atualidade, partindo do pensamento de Michel Foucault. Assim, primeiramente, pretende-se investigar a insuficiência das teorias soberanas para lidar com a complexidade do que representa a política, razão pela qual Foucault apresenta a questão da política como sendo guerra continuada por outros meios para tratar deste tema. A partir daí, será examinado o modo como este discurso da guerra é encampado por certos grupos sociais, que irão travar uma guerra interna em nome de uma Nação, de modo a supostamente proteger a sociedade contra seus inimigos internos, mas em nome de interesses minoritários, decorrendo daí inúmeras práticas da biopolíticas, tal como a normalização.
