Resumo
Este projeto de intervenção propôs a implementação da assistência humanizada a mulheres em estágio de luto por óbito fetal e abortamento em uma maternidade pública municipal da região sudeste de Teresina, a finalidade de implementar esta assistência humanizada é proporcionar conforto e privacidade para as mulheres em estágio de luto e também propiciar um ambiente acolhedor para estas mulheres nesse momento de dor. A metodologia do trabalho foi desenvolvida em quatro etapas, a primeira etapa foi sensibilizar os gestores, esta foi realizada através de reuniões,a segunda foi a escolha da enfermaria adequada para acolher as clientes, a terceira foi sensibilizar os profissionais com rodas de conversa e a última etapa será o acompanhamento e a avaliação do projeto. Este projeto veio a contribuir para que a equipe multiprofissional pudesse trabalhar com estas mulheres de forma coletiva e/ou individual, também permitiu que fosse feita uma reflexão por parte dos profissionais sobre a atuação diante de um óbito fetal.
Abstract
This intervention project proposed the implementation of humanized assistance for
women in mourning for the loss of the concept due to fetal death and abortion in a
municipal public maternity hospital in the southeast region of Teresina, the purpose
of implement this humanized assistance this ward is to provide comfort and privacy
for women in stage of mourning and also provide a welcoming environment for these
women in this moment of pain. The methodology of the work was developed in four
stages, the first step was to sensitize the managers, this was done through meetings,
the second was the choice of the appropriate ward to welcome the clients, the third
was to sensitize the professionals with talk wheels and The last step will be the
monitoring and evaluation of the project. This project came to contribute so that the
multiprofessional team could work with these women in a collective and / or individual
way, also allowed that a reflection was made on the part of the professionals on the
performance before a fetal death.
