Resumo
A pesquisa tem o intuito de compreender a relação entre a evasão escolar e o ato infracional, de adolescentes submetidos a medidas socioeducativas em meio aberto, na cidade de Contagem, Minas Gerais. Para isso, foi analisada a história do serviço de medidas socioeducativas em meio aberto nesse município, abordando a origem da cidade, a assistência social nas regionais, o serviço de proteção social especial de média complexidade e o contexto do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA). Em seguida, uma revisão conceitual foi conduzida para investigar a possível relação entre a evasão escolar e o ato infracional, com base no pensamento do psicanalista Donald Woods Winnicott e sobre o adolescente antissocial, além de reflexões sob a perspectiva da psicanálise acerca do ato da violência, agressividade, transferência e laço social no contexto da contemporaneidade. No campo metodológico, o estudo baseou-se no levantamento de dados sobre o serviço de medidas socioeducativas em meio aberto no Brasil, com ênfase no município mineiro de Contagem, visando fomentar, complementar e analisar as informações deste trabalho. Os resultados obtidos indicam que as relações entre os colegas e amigos influenciam a prática social dos adolescentes. Além disso, a escuta qualificada de crianças e adolescentes, professores e da direção escolar no contexto educacional, assim como o acolhimento oferecido pelos técnicos sociais no serviço de medidas socioeducativas em meio aberto, contribuem para a melhoria dos processos sociais.
Abstract
The research aims to understand the relationship between school dropout and infractions, among adolescents subjected to socio-educational measures in an open environment, in the city of Contagem, Minas Gerais. To this end, the history of the service of socio-educational measures in an open environment in this municipality was analyzed, addressing the origin of the city, social assistance in the regions, the special social protection service of medium complexity and the context of the Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA). Then, a conceptual review was conducted to investigate the possible relationship between school dropout and the infraction, based on the thoughts of psychoanalyst Donald Woods Winnicott and on the antisocial teenager, as well as reflections from the perspective of psychoanalysis about the act of violence, aggressiveness, transference and social ties in the contemporary context. In the methodological field, the study was based on collecting data on the service of socio-educational measures in an open environment in Brazil, with an emphasis on the municipality of Contagem in Minas Gerais, aiming to promote, complement and analyze the information from this work. The results obtained indicate that the relationship between colleagues and friends influences the social practice of adolescents. Furthermore, qualified listening to children and adolescents, teachers and school management in the educational context, as well as the reception offered by social technicians in the service of socio-educational measures in an open environment, contribute to the improvement of social processes.
