Governança da internet: regulamentação e impactos na administração pública federal

Abstract

This paper presents an analysis of the Civil Law of the Internet, as well as the General Law on Data Protection and shows the impact that Internet governance brings to the Federal Public Administration. This Being a descriptive research of a qualitative nature, based on bibliographical and documentary Survey of the Law and other regulations. The work emphasizes three functions of the public sector in relation to the theme. The first function of the State in relation to Internet Governance is the participation in CGI.br. The second and most evident function of the APF is in relation to regulation. The last highlighted function is data protection. Seeking to include the main impacts on the APF the following issues are addressed: Consumer Law, Data Governance and other pending regulations.
