Resumo
O presente estudo buscou analisar a legislação vigente envolvendo os adolescentes, em relação às consequências do ato infracional e suas responsabilidades, conhecendo a realidade frente à ausência de oportunidade de desenvolvimento social e o amparo do governo. A proposta é compreender as possíveis causas que os levaram a entrar em conflito com a lei, além da evolução da legislação visando à proteção e as medidas socioeducativas aplicadas. Nesse ponto, torna-se importante analisar a relação existente da vida pregressa do jovem com o caminho seguido perante os comportamentos irregulares do adolescente que comete o ato infracional, e as medidas adotadas pelo Estado frente à legislação em evolução. Para tanto, utilizar-se-á como metodologia a pesquisa bibliográfica a fim de fomentar o embasamento teórico e resultado de forma qualitativa
Abstract
The present study sought to analyze the current legislagion involving adolescents relation to the consequences of the infraction and their responsibilities, knowing the reality regarding the lack of opportunity for social development and the support of the government. The proposal is to understand the possible causes that have led them to conflict with the law, in addition to the evolution of legislation aimed at protection and socio-educational measures applied. At this point, it is important to analyze the existing relation of the previous life of the young person with the path followed to the irregular behaviors of the adolescent who commits the infraction, and the measures adopted by the State against the evolving legislation. In order to do so, it will be used as methodology the bibliographic research in order to foment the theoretical base and result in a qualitative way.
