Resumo
A Hipertensão Arterial ocasiona danos severos em órgãos cruciais como: cérebro,
rins e coração que geram morbimortalidades. Buenópolis/MG apresenta alto número
de indivíduos hipertensos dentro da Unidade da Estratégica Saúde da Família
denominada Desafio. Diante de tal fato, o objetivo do estudo foi elaborar um plano
de ação para favorecer o controle do número de pacientes com hipertensão, bem
como redução nos níveis pressóricos. Sendo assim, foram elaboradas as operações
Bem-estar: incentivará a pratica de esportes e da atividade física, ainda,
proporcionará um aumento número de indivíduos hipertensos que praticam os
exercícios físicos; Paciente informado e paciente consciente promoverá um aumento
o nível de informação em saúde á população; e Comer Bem e barato: contribuirá
para um aumento nos números de indivíduos hipertensos que possuem uma
alimentação com baixa ingestão de sal e intensificar o consumo de frutas e verduras.
Por fim, acredita-se que a sensibilização da população por meio de uma educação
em saúde na atenção primária é essencial para a promoção da saúde e melhoria da
qualidade de vida da população adstrita.
Abstract
The Arterial hypertension is severe in crucial organs as the brain, kidneys and heart that cause morbidity and mortality. Buenópolis / MG, it presents a high number of hypertensive individuals within the Strategic Family Health Unit called the Challenge. Faced with this fact, the objective of the study was to elaborate an action plan to favor the control of the number of patients with hypertension, as well as reduction in blood pressure levels. Thus, the operations were elaborate: the Wellens will encourage sports and physical activity, still, its will provide an increase in the number of hypertensive individuals that practice physical exercises; Informed patient and conscious patient will promote an increase in the level of health information to the population; and Eat Well and Cheap, it will contribute to an increase in the numbers of hypertensive individuals that they have a diet with low ingestion salt and intensify the consumption of fruits and vegetables. It is believed that the sensitization of the population through health education in primary care is essential for health promotion and improving the quality of life of the population.
