local.description.resumoWe have investigated in time and frequency domain the magnetization dynamics of a set of [Co 60 Fe 40 /Pt] 5 multilayers which were sputtered over varying Pt buffer structures and present perpendicular magnetic anisotropy. The results showed clearly the strong effects on magnetization dynamics of changing substrate preparation and that in the case of small damping and angle oscillations both frequency and time-domain approaches agreed in characterizing magnetization dynamics of [Co 60 Fe 40 /Pt] 5 multilayers.
