Resumo
O Brasil possui elevadas taxas de violência, sobretudo física, sexual e contra a mulher. A violência é
resultado da interação de diversos fatores, tais como os individuais, de relacionamento, sociais, culturais,
econômicos e ambientais, desta forma não há um fator único que justifique o motivo do indivíduo
apresentar tal comportamento e tão pouco definir a ocorrência maior em algumas comunidades do que
outras. Esta pode também apresentar-se em diversos estágios (ciclos) da vida. Um dos maiores desafios
para a redução da violência para a saúde pública, é entender como esses fatores de risco estão
relacionados. Ela é considerada como um fenômeno sócio histórico, que afeta fortemente a saúde;
diminui a qualidade de vida das pessoas e das coletividades; exige uma readequação da organização
tradicional dos serviços de saúde; coloca novos problemas para o atendimento médico preventivo ou
curativo e evidencia a necessidade de uma atuação muito mais específica, interdisciplinar,
multiprofissional, inter setorial e engajada do setor, visando às necessidades dos cidadãos. Investigamos a
problemática da violência. Identificar a distribuição de Violência nas Regiões de Saúde do Estado de
Alagoas. Destacar as regiões de saúde de Alagoas, quanto a notificação de violência contra a mulher.
Identificar os tipos de violência notificados no Sistema de Informações de Agravos e Notificações –
SINAN. Analisar quais tipos de violência são mais notificadas no Estado de Alagoas. Utilizamos dados
do Sistema Nacional de Agravos de Notificação (SINAN), para investigar a violência no período de
2009 a 2016. As principais formas de violência foram: violência física, (13.643); violência
psicológica/moral (1.488); violência sexual (1.232); Estupro (1.037); tortura (256); negligência/abandono
(212); violência financeira (90); violência trabalho infantil (83) e outras violências (35). A faixa etária
mais acometida no Estado de Alagoas está entre mulheres de 20 a 29; 30 à 39 e 15 à 19 anos. O estado, ao
longo dos anos, mostrou altos valores para vários tipos de violência, mostrando um desafio para
enfrentamento por parte da dos gestores de saúde e de segurança. Auxiliar na tomada de decisão para o
enfrentamento da violência.
Abstract
Brazil has high rates of violence, especially physical, sexual and against women. Violence is
result of the interaction of several factors, such as individual, relationship, social, cultural,
economic and environmental reasons, thus there is no single factor that justifies the individual's motive
present such behavior and even define the occurrence as greater in some communities than
others. This can also occur at different stages (cycles) of life. One of the biggest challenges
to reduce violence for public health, is to understand how these risk factors are
related. It is considered a socio-historical phenomenon, which strongly affects health;
reduces the quality of life of people and communities; requires a readjustment of the organization
traditional health services; poses new problems for preventive or
curative and highlights the need for much more specific, interdisciplinary,
multi-professional, inter-sectoral and engaged sector, targeting the needs of citizens. We investigated the
problem of violence. Identify the distribution of Violence in the Health Regions of the State of
Alagoas. Highlight the health regions of Alagoas, regarding the notification of violence against women.
Identify the types of violence reported in the Disease and Notification Information System –
SINAN. Analyze which types of violence are most reported in the State of Alagoas. We use data
of the National Disease Notification System (SINAN), to investigate violence during the
2009 to 2016. The main forms of violence were: physical violence, (13,643); violence
psychological/moral (1,488); sexual violence (1,232); Rape (1,037); torture (256); negligence/abandonment
(212); financial violence (90); child labor violence (83) and other violence (35). The age group
most affected in the State of Alagoas are among women aged 20 to 29; 30 to 39 and 15 to 19 years old. The state, at
over the years, has shown high values for various types of violence, showing a challenge for
confrontation by health and safety managers. Assist in decision making for the
confronting violence.
