Trajetórias formativas com pesquisas em gênero e sexualidade na educação

Abstract

The interview conducted with professor and researcher Dagmar Elisabeth Estermann Meyeraimed at understanding their formative trajectories with research on gender and sexuality in the educational and health field. It sought to offer elements to problematize the markers of gender and sexuality and their interface with public policies for social inclusion, with derivations that allow thinking about the transversality of gender in initial education. One of the researcher’s perspectives in the educational field is that the activity of educating involves teaching and learning processes: what, who and how they teach and what, who and how one learns, thus going beyond educational institutions and classrooms. The interview was carried out within the scope of a Post-Doctoral research activity, at the Faculty of Education of the Federal University of Minas Gerais.
