Resumo
A pesquisa sobre o ensino de arte nos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental da rede pública urbana da cidade de Carangola, Minas Gerais, visa abordar e levantar dados educacionais sobre a existência e a aplicabilidade do ensino de arte na zona urbana de uma cidade com aproximadamente 30 mil habitantes. As escolas públicas localizadas na zona rural no município não foram abordadas na pesquisa, devido à dificuldade de acesso e, também, ao fato de terem particularidades próprias em torno da educação para o campo, que não é o foco desta discussão. A pesquisa defendida é uma dissertação que tem o desejo e a intencionalidade de contribuir
com o município no que tange à qualidade do ensino e da aprendizagem em arte. A investigação feita, parte de uma professora pesquisadora por meio de visitas às escolas e de entrevistas feitas com os professores regentes das turmas dos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental, buscando conhecimento de dados práticos e reais sobre o ensino de Arte do município com a intenção de contribuir de forma satisfatória em sua legitimação assim como no possível surgimento de novos caminhos e novas possibilidades dentro do meio. Os dados sobre o Ensino de Arte da rede pública urbana dessa cidade, tem como referência um total de 6 (seis)
escolas, sendo 3 (três) da rede municipal e 3 (três) da rede estadual de ensino. Os dados foram utilizados como ponto de referência e de partida para que as discussões propostas não se findem aqui, pelo contrário, que encham docentes e discentes de vontade na realização de um ensino de arte de Arte significativo e de importância social e criativa.
Abstract
The research into art teaching in the first years of elementary school in the public school system from the urban part of the city of Carangola, Minas Gerais, focuses on collecting educational data about the existence and use of art teaching in the urban area of a city with an estimated population of 30,000 habitants. The public schools located in the countryside of the town were not included in the research because of the difficulty in visiting them and also due to the fact that they have their own particularities regarding education for rural activities, which is not the subject of this discussion. The research being conducted is a thesis with the intention to contribute to the town in terms of the quality of teaching and learning in art. The investigation was conducted by a teacher-researcher through visits to schools and interviews with the teachers that are in charge of classes in the early years of elementary school. Looking for practical and real data about art teaching in the town, with the intention of providing a satisfactory contribution to its legitimization, as well as to the possible development of new pathways and new possibilities within the field. The data on art teaching in the town's urban public school system covers a total of 6 (six) schools, 3 (three) of them are municipal schools and 3 (three) are state schools. The findings were used as a point of reference and as a starting point to ensure that the proposed discussions do not stagnate here; on the contrary, perhaps they could inspire teachers and students to work towards a socially and creatively significant art education.
