Resumo
O presente trabalho aborda os dilemas éticos na estratégia de Saúde da Família, considerando a prática dos profissionais e das instituições. Muitos são os problemas constatados, e que se avolumam, dificultando o trabalho das equipes e os relacionamentos com a comunidade, na cidade de Governador Valadares MG. As queixas, por parte da população assistida, justificam a pertinência do tema. Esse trabalho teve como objetivo sistematizar os aspectos mais relevantes relativos ao trabalho em equipe, às relações éticas e indicar diretrizes para que este mesmo trabalho atenda as expectativas da população. Para que sejam percebidos em um contexto amplo, buscaram-se correlacionar os problemas éticos na relação do profissional com o usuário e a família, problemas éticos nas relações internas à equipe e problemas éticos nas relações profissionais e usuários com a organização do sistema de saúde. Nessas correlações, são apresentadas diretrizes para o trabalho profissional. Ao final, são feitas considerações pessoais sobre questões éticas vivenciadas na realidade do trabalho de um profissional, na atenção básica.
Abstract
This work addresses the ethical dilemmas in family health strategy, considering the practice of professionals and institutions. Many are the problems encountered, hindering the work of the teams and the relationships with the community, in the city of Governador Valadares MG. Complaints on the part of the population assisted justify the relevance of the theme. This work had as objectives to systematize the most relevant aspects relating to teamwork, on ethical relations and indicate guidelines for the family health team, considering the expectations of the population. To be perceived in a broad context, attempted to understand the ethical problems in the relationship between users or family and professionals, ethical problems in the relationship inside the team and ethical problems in relations with the organization of the health system. These correlations are guidelines for family health team. In the end, personal considerations are made about ethical issues experienced in reality of work of a professional in the basic care.
